Pst. Rose Wanjiru Nyaga Muriithi

Born in 1983 in Blue Valley, Embu Town, Pastor Rose Wanjiru Nyaga Muriithi is the daughter of Mr. James Nyaga Kibathi and Kellen Kibathi. She began her education at Embu Urban Primary School, followed by Kirimari High School in Embu County. Pastor Rose furthered her studies at Kabete Technical Institute, where she pursued a course in Pharmacy.
After completing her studies, Pastor Rose worked alongside her father in Embu Town, helping to manage Jakega Bookshop.
It was during this time that she met her husband, Mr. Timothy Muriithi Nderitu, a prison warden. Together, they have lived and worked in various locations, including Meru, Nairobi, and Naivasha.
Raised in a strong Christian family, Pastor Rose gave her life to Christ at a young age. However, it wasn’t until 2018, while working in Egypt in the hospitality industry, that her calling to ministry was firmly established. Upon her return to Kenya, she experienced a profound encounter with God during a meeting in Nairobi, where Pastor Mtawali was being introduced to the Nairobi church. In this moment, God spoke to her, reassuring her of His presence, promising never to leave her, and declaring that He would open doors she had never imagined.
,
Her spiritual journey deepened, particularly during her time in Naivasha. As her faith grew, God called her back to Embu to support her mother after her father’s passing. During this period, her calling was further confirmed, and she received clear guidance to serve at Karurina Kings Highway Baptist Church.

With the support of Bishop Kellen Kibathi and the congregation from Embu Town Church, the ministry flourished and continues to thrive.
Pastor Rose’s journey has been marked by obedience, faith, and an unwavering commitment to God’s calling. Her passion for ministry and her dedication to serving others make her a powerful and inspiring leader within the Christian community.
